Westerberg's Words

On fellow 'Mat Tommy Stinson's new gig with Guns 'N' Roses:

I kind of gave it my blessing. It's the things that you don't do in life that you regret. Why not do it, for a hoot? Especially when people are telling you it's not a cool thing to do. That's always the right thing to do, when people say "Oh, man, you can't do that!!!" Plus, I think he and Axl have more in common, age and all that stuff, than me and him did. I taught him a lot of stuff and he learned from what my tastes were, but I'm sure his own personal tastes and Axl's run along similar lines. I'm curious to see what his latest look is anyway. The last time I saw him his hair wasn't sticking up and I didn't know who he was. I looked at him for about five minutes before I realized it was him.
